Former Officer Agent for Baroque Works. He was imprisoned in Level 3 of the Impel Down underwater prison, but escaped with the help of Mr. 3. He later ran into Luffy as he infiltrated the prison, and the two of them worked together to rescue Ace.

Notes:		Weak to medium. Usable generally only if you are a new player and don't have a better DEX fighter booster (Koala Revolutionary Army, One-Hit Namule). He does come with a built in shuffle and sets his own orb to DEX, but <1000 ATK means he just has too many weak points to see much play once you have better Fighter boosters. Could find a place in all DEX Fighter team. This character may be needed for missions on his story island, but currently it is unknown when, if ever, such missions will be released.
