Notes:		Also known as 5+ Luffy A solid unit with good stats and a useful special which can take out smaller mobs and delay everyone. Further, he is a usable rainbow captain, and is a common F2P option to pair with Legend Blackbeard or Legend Magellan and such. This unit's special can be leveled up with skillbooks from Gear 2. The level up is also at a fixed rate now (TBD)
