Notes:		Once a pretty good unit, as an INT/slasher time delayer. You may think he is weak compared to GPU, and sure, that's true - but sometimes 1 turn is enough, and he can dish out a bit more damage on the right teams. Shows you the power of time delay, where a unit with <900 ATK is still considered quite good due to his special. If you need a QCK slasher with delay, consider Roronoa Zoro Jack the Ripper. Socketable with Galdino the Criminal Mr. 3, who is pretty much a PSY inferior version of this INT Mr. 3 Tashigi Marine Officer: Flower of Justice is a very similar character, but even more difficult to obtain (super-rare RR). Brook Straw Hat Pirates: Born Again is pretty much superior to him on all levels and with his release Mr. 3 has stopped seeing much play on Slasher teams. Cerebrals had to wait a bit longer for F2P options, but got it with Thunder Lord McGuy. And of course there are many more useful RRs This character may be needed for missions on his story island, but currently it is unknown when, if ever, such missions will be released. Yes, his unevolved version does drop in story mode, but the drop chance is low. How low? Well, nobody collected the stats, but... 1%? You have been warned.
