Notes:		Mostly useless. If you a are a new player with no anti-bind sockets, he could be useful. Changing bad slots to blank is... who cares, really. This character comes from an event (Gran Tesoro) which IS a recurring event but it follows a non-standard pattern. See Feature Film Frenzy for details.
