Notes:		Also known as 5+ Nami Sadly, the base story Nami's final form still disappoints. The stats are ok, but not great; worse - her CA is too weak for late game content, and so is her special which is barely 'ok' for new players. She may be helpful for early to mid game PSY content, such as for running all-INT teams for Clash!! Vice-Admiral Garp and a few FNs but that's about it; being limited to boosting INT units only hurts, but what is really crippling is that there are clearly superior F2P units. 1.75x boost with a bit better stats is also offered by Smoker the White Hunter Navy HQ Captain (also a Striker) and top tier players will be running 2x boost units like Donquixote Doflamingo Warlord of the Sea: Neo or Red-Haired Shanks Red-Hair Pirates Leader (Cerebral) anyway, and neither of those three units is limited to boosting INT units only. This unit's special can be levelled up with skillbooks from Thunderbolt Tempo. The level up is also at a fixed rate now (TBA).
