Notes:		The go-to captain for EXP missions (E.g: Chopperman), clearly better than the kinda-F2P Trafalgar Law Straw Hat-Heart Pirate Alliance and with better stats and arguably special than Perona Princess of the Bold Swimsuit. Great Captain Ability, special and stats, some refer to him as a mini-Legend and the truth is he is more useful then some. One of the best RR's to pull. You should use him to clear anything that can be cleared with him, unless you really want those extra drops from Legend Buggy and like.
