Notes:		Another good summer girl, since unlike the others, she isn't niche, making a great sub or even a fine Captain as long as you can increase your odds of having matching slots on Cerebral teams If you need a 1.75x PSY Cerebral booster, she is the best. But if you just need a 1.75x Cerebral booster, Raid Kuma or his Neo version are likely more useful (orb conversion > small damage reduction, plus better stats), then there's Raid Cesar and quite a few others. In other words, Robin is currently the best PSY Cerebral orb booster, but if you remove either of those qualifications, she is loosing to many other F2P units - and it's not often you need a PSY Cerebral (well, sure, there's Legend Shanks v1 + Red Force, but that's an underpowered team these days...).
