Notes:		Great fighting stats, but just two sockets. Captain ability unlikely to see much play for advanced content, and as for his sub special, it's good, but not great. Can see some use on INT/Fighter/Powerhouse teams. Can be used to take down or lower some combo shields. Also a relatively easy to get socket fodder for RR Luffy's. And there's a lot of good Luffy's to socket. Global got this unit relatively late, by which point he is seen as somewhat underpowered. Not bad, but not likely to feature on many teams. Evolving changes his class from Slasher to Fighter.
