Notes:		Just doesn't cut it, falling straight into the mediocre everything. Unless you are a new player and really press for stats, there are better F2P units for almost everything. His only use is if you had to run an DEX team against a boss that gives you PSY/INT team. There probably is or will be one or two in the game which could call for him, perhaps with Kyros as the captain, but I can't even think of one right now. When you do, please comment on teams / events where he is useful. Anyway, pretty niche. Green Striker Elite Skypiea Enforcer offers INT orb conversion at a bit better CD, but is otherwise inferior. Ditto for Naginata Major Navy HQ (PSY orb conversion).
