Notes:		Weak stats, difficult to socket, weak CA, and as for the special - a good bind reducer, and that's it. Given as most teams would have anti-bind sockets, he is very niche, plus there's Ain Neo Marines Vice Admiral, which can be relatively easily socketed. Yes, Ace has better CD, but that is rarely an issue. Overall, he is weak and super niche, not really needed for anything, and pretty much a collector's item.
