Notes:		Just like Ace, he was very good at first, but has since been mostly obsoleted, due to relatively weak stats and very weak special. His Legend version is superior as a PSY lead, and Garp the Fist has much better special, is easier to socket and is a common PSY F2P captain. ~~There has been no direct replacement (no other 2.5x PSY captain),~~ He has been pretty much superseded by Twin-Gauntlet Kingdew, and outside newbie teams he is rarely seen, as advanced content requiring PSY units is usually cleared with Kingdew, Garp, a higher boosting RR captain like Marco the Phoenix or Maelstrom Spider Squard or some PSY Raidbosses (Momonga Marine Vice Admiral, Gild. Tesoro Gold Ship Casino King, etc.) or Legends (LegendShanks, Sabo, Boa, Sengoku) with better stats and specials. Together with Ace, he was one of the first two RR units on Global when it premiered. Unlike the Ace, his unevolved and evolved versions have the same special (thank Coby!).
