Notes:		Summary (as of February'19): Tier rank: 2.5/5 (Below average). Better than his pre-SE version, Lucci did not get enough oomph to make him anything but still mediocre. Captain ability: 2.5/5 (Between weak and average). Averaging 3x ATK boost, Lucci's CA is on par with better RRs/F2P units, and still lags way behind new legends Special: 2.5/5 (Between weak and average). Lucci helps with orb matching, but so do many other units. He does it for three turns which is nice... but that's all he does. A lot of newer units will do something similar AND provide some better secondary effects than just scratching the boss with a measly 75x ATK hit. Limit Break (4/5) Good. Lucci comes with a very nice SA: "Makes RCV and TND orbs beneficial for Powerhouse characters" Detailed review and other notes His pre-SE special increases the orb appearance very significantly; estimates are for 75%-85% range. Running the numbers from [1] suggests 'only' a 66.7% increase (77.3% with lv 3 matching orbs). His post-SE special probably has an even higher likelihood of getting matching orbs than his pre-SE version, since it states 'immensely' instead of 'greatly', but we need some data (if you have it, please share).
