Notes:		Summary (as of February'19): Tier rank: 2/5 (Weak). Underpowered PH captain and a sub, he gets better after super-evolving but still suffers from being mediocre at best. Captain ability: 2/5 (Weak). Oscilating between 2.5x and 3x, Lucci's CA is on par with better RRs/F2P units, and certainly lags way behind new legends Special: 2/5 (Weak). Lucci helps with orb matching, but so do many other units. He does it for three turns which is nice... but that's all he does. A lot of newer units will do something similar AND provide some better secondary effects than just clearing weak mobs. Limit Break (4/5) Good. Lucci comes with a very nice SA: "Makes RCV and TND orbs beneficial for Powerhouse characters" Detailed review and other notes His special increases the orb appearance very significantly; estimates are for 75%-85% range. Running the numbers from [1] suggests 'only' a 66.7% increase (77.3% with lv 3 matching orbs).
