Notes:		Good stats, ok special with very low CD, a captain ability with niche use for some speedrunning - not bad at all, but still it is hard to justify pulling for him during his non-Sugo once a year appearance. If you have gems to burn on the ton of silver trash you'll pull trying to get him, he is a good limited.RR to have - but like with pretty much all promo RRs, even the good ones, they are just not as good as the Sugo legends.
