Notes:		Summary (as of February'19): Tier rank: 1.5/5 (Uh-oh). Underpowered FS captain and a sub, fortunately he gets much better after super-evolving. In this version, however, he is just shy of useless. Captain ability: Weak (2/5). Starts at 2.75x and gets weaker if you get hit - it was so-so at best when he was released early in 2016 and got under powered rather quickly. Special: Weak (2/5). Average boost that requires all perfects to be useful. Feel like gambling? Limit Break Good (4/5). Sabo gets two nice abilities: Pinch Healing and sailor ability that "Makes INT orbs beneficial for Free Spirit characters." Detailed review and other notes Sadly, one of the more disappointing Legends. Good stats and 5 sockets, but his special and CA are problematic. His special requires all perfect to raise above the level of "ok", a challenging feat for new players, and a bit to luck dependent for experienced ones. As a captain, he becomes weaker as you take damage, meaning that you cannot tank/stall very effectively. He is not bad... it is just that he is more on the level of your average RR unit than that of other legends. His super evolution into Sabo Flame-Flame Fruit Wielder changes his class from Striker to Fighter, but it also finally renders him a solid captain or sub. In the end, pre-SE Sabo is just an unimpressive beatstick, and your Strikers won't miss him much. Go ahead and Super Evolve him ASAP and finally start getting some legend-power level mileage out of him. Team building your best FS units go here. Farmable socket locations: Clash!!
