Notes:		Pairs with Vinsmoke Reiju Celebrate the Exciting Cruise for ATK boost and slot boost to DEX and QCK characters and to turn all type slots into matching. The healing is a little too low to likely make much of a difference and giving him RCV CCs would be pointless since it's a fixed amount of healing.
