Notes:		Weak. Only place he can be used is for the very rare challenges you need to build some low-cost teams. And if you are a new player, I guess 2.25x rainbow captain is not bad. For any advanced team, he is way too weak, however. This character comes from an event (Dead End Begins!) which IS a recurring event but it follows a non-standard pattern.
