Notes:		Decent stats, mediocre special, and CA that is just too weak to be really useful (Monkey D. Luffy Crew’s Promise: 3D2Y gives the 3.5x boost and is the bare minimum to deal decent damage, and ~500 HP heal at the end of the turn is also rather weak). Overall, too weak to be anything but the usual collectible that almost no-one will bother pulling for.
