Notes:		He's able to heal over 2500 HP per turn as Captain, which is very good but since he gives no boost at all, he's not worth using as Captain. The DEF reduction is nice if you have a conditional booster to pair with him and he helps against a couple annoying enemy buffs. He makes it easier to have matching slots against enemies that don't let you change your slots, and he gives a nice chain boost, but his best feature is giving RCV slots at the beginning, particularly on V2 G4 Luffy teams so you can switch to his gear 4 form quicker.
