Notes:		A better (RR) version of Baccarat Gran Tesoro Concierge. See notes on her for more on how the extra drop mechanic works, and just note that Haruta has better stats/special/ATK boost as captain, so can be used to clear more content (with a Slasher crew) - that's why he is considered better. But as far as chances of getting extra treasure, both are identical. Slasher and Cerebral bonus DOES NOT stack (a Slasher and Cerebral character still gets just a single 1.75x boost).
