Notes:		A strong healer, particularly on a team without any HP boosts. Whether this justifies using her over the usual choice of burst enhancers and damage reducers is the question, and the answer is that no, it's not enough. She may see some super niche use when you need that Special Bind and a heal, but also considering her weak stats, she won't be seeing much play on regular teams.
