Notes:		Out of the three Sweet Valentine characters, she is the best one (Perona is ok, Vivi is really just meh). Her stats are meh, as is her captain ability, but her special is very good. She is, basically, a better stats/socket version of Mr. 3 Extra Special Candelabra. Her CD is a bit higher, but still low enough to be usable. I have not seen any numbers on how much her "small random heal" is, if you have the data, please share. Other links: Gamewith
