Notes:		One of better evolution of story mode Chopper, but still sucks. You can try to pair him with Broggy and Category:RCV Slot Change INT character like Bazooka Ensign Navy HQ or Buggy or RR Machvise Donquixote Pirates for full board orb control, it is just their stats suck too much to be worth it for mid to late game content (Machvise excluded).
