Notes:		Confusingly, another Born Again Chopper was released shortly afterward: Tony Tony Chopper: Monster Point Straw Hat Pirates: Born Again. No other character got a second Born Again version. Also known as Timeskip Chopper, TS Chopper, New World Chopper or NW Chopper Not bad, but like most slot changers, a bit situational - needs to fit in the right combo. (If you come up with any good pairings for him, do post so and we will add them here!). For DEX slot change, he competes with Capone Gang Bege, but Capone also changes STR slots, which on surface at least is more useful then Chopper's RCV change. Whether to use Capone or Chopper really depends on what the enemy do, and what other units you may have. His 15% health cut is again 'just ok', particularly as it targets only a single enemy unit, but it does make him more useful than Capone if you don't care about slot changing much.
