How to Obtain		Given away on August 1st 2017 with the release of Donquixote Doflamingo Warlord of the Sea: Neo. From some point onwards he is given to all new players as a 2nd day login bonus. Also obtainable from Bazaar for a cheap price of 600 TP, presumably for those who started the game after he was given to everyone and before he became a gift.

Notes:		Decent stats, good amount of sockets, and the 2.25x boost is enough to make this viable for a lot of content. Replaceable by Perona Princess of the Bold Swimsuit (more EXP gain), Koala Undercover Revolutionary (same boost), or Neptune King of the Ryugu Kingdom (just plain better). If you want Beli (not really a concern most of the time) there are better RR units too (Giolla Donquixote Pirates and Violet Donquixote Pirates to name two).
