So I started the game about 3 weeks ago. I've maxed out 5 characters at this point but I just noticed that none of the CD's have decreased. Is there something I'm missing or an additional step I have to take? I maxed GPU a while ago and just got SW Usopp along with a few good 5 stars from the last Sugo and I could use a bit of help.
