Raid Rayleigh

Hey guys. Today we got information, that on the 19th of october, we are getting a raid rayleigh and now the point. I cant find this Rayleigh on other sites like http://optc-db.github.io/characters/#/search/Rayleigh . Are we seriously getting a character thats not released on jpn or might that information miss on that page? Ty in advance
