Notes:		Probably the least impressive of the 20th anniversary Straw Hats. Ok stats for an Usopp and a decent slot changer in niche situations. Just 1 turn delay means you'll probably use GPU, or if you need an INT character, TS Nami Bottom line, he will only see use if you are facing an enemy that gives you EMPTY slots, and maybe one that gives you unfavorable slots (match him with Machvise Donquixote Pirates in that case).
