Notes:		Also known as SW Usopp Pretty much what Sogeking (or his 5+ Usopp Platanus Shuriken version) should be to be considered usable. While CD=14 is higher than that of Usopp Usopp Golden Pound, and as such, he cannot be considered strictly better, 10% cut and 4 sockets, plus better stats, make him usable.
