Notes:		Great to farm as a sockets for better Usopp's. Pretty useless himself. The 2x ATK sounds nice, but weak stats and self-bind means that no one evers bothers with him, as Fighter teams will rely on Koala Revolutionary Army's 1.75x. Yes, she is RR, but if you don't have her, just don't run a Fighter team. Or comment with a video showing this Usopp can be useful for clearing any advanced content and we will revise this section accordingly :)
