Notes:		Also known as 5+ Usopp While better than Sogeking, Usopp Platanus Shuriken still has a higher cd (+2 turns) than GPU. The higher stats are also a double edged sword: It's harder to stall on weak enemies. Because if the damage he deals he is inferior not only to GPU but also to Usopp A Pirate Who Lives by His Code, who has +1 socket, and does % damage instead (though at 14 CD). In the end, 5+ Usopp, while improving Sogeking, does not raise the the level of really useful, and will see very little play. From time to time you may find him slightly better then GPU, particularly if you don't have SW Usopp. Sadly, GPU is so powerful that the only other Usopp (or unit) in the game that can call itself comparable is Legend Usopp. This 5+ is still second-league.
