Notes:		Also known as Log Usopp due to his unevolved version name Replaced by identical Usopp A Vow in the Great Age of Pirates – Brave Sea Warrior For why he was replaced, see notes on Roronoa Zoro Voyage Dream: Master Swordsman Not bad, but not good enough. Usopp Usopp Golden Pound still offers a better 3 turn delay on same cooldown, so why would you downgrade to 2 turns? Halving defenses is a very weak effect, and his stats are not that good. Sure, his stats are better, but generally not worth the extra delayed turn. Bandai's second failed attempt at making an Usopp contender (only Usopp A Pirate Who Lives by His Code is worth considering here).
