Captain of the Whitebeard Pirates. After Ace was released, he gave his final orders as captain, and faced the Navy alone. Despite being grievously injured, he let out a huge quake that shook all of Marineford, causing those that witnessed it to dub him a “fiend.”

Notes:

Summary (as of November'19): Tier rank: 4.5/5 (Very good). A strong captain and sub.

Captain ability: Very good (4.5/5). 2.5x-4.5x ATK, and it's relatively easy to get at least 3.5x boost, with 4.5x for burst turns.
Special: Good (4/5). Assorted good effects.
Limit Break Average (3/5). The usual forgettable stat boosts. Cannot be blown away ability is interesting to remember but overall very niche.

Detailed review and other notes

A powerful Captain that does not require too much effort to make use of his ability. Even at half health (easily obtained with the Moby Dick ship) he still offers a 3.5x boost to damage.
While WB v2 may not have the most memorable kit, he delivers a solid damage output and has utility as a sub as well.
