Notes:		Mediocre. He was seen as usable Shooter captain when he was released, since for a year or so Global had no better option, but he has been superseded by others (Zephyr Neo Marines Leader as F2P captain), and of course he is inferior to Portgas D. Ace Black Clad Division Commander. His special deals just about 40k damage, and his stats are mediocre at best, meaing that as a sub he is not really helpful. Can be useful for new players, perhaps, but does not get close to being helpful in clearing of any advanced content. This character may be needed for missions on his story island, but currently it is unknown when, if ever, such missions will be released.
