Notes:		2.5x ATK captain for shooters. With very good stats and great special for shooters. Like most raid bosses, he is a solid character, usable both as a lead and as a sub. This character comes from an event (Clash!! Zephyr!) which IS a recurring event but it follows a non-standard pattern. See Feature Film Frenzy for details. For some reason, Bandai did not release him on global for over a year, compared to JPN, which meant that for a year global players 'in the know' where ranting about 'where is our Z'. His RR QCK alt, both as a sub and captain, is Supersonic Van Ogre
