Straw Hat Pirates Three-Sword Style swordsman. From his training with Mihawk, he finally learned how to turn his swords into Black Blades too. Using this knowledge, he cut through Pica in a single strike, just as Mihawk had split a galleon in half once before. Even after cutting the stone giant, his Black Blades had no nicks or scratches.

Notes:

Summary (as of May'19): Tier rank: 3/5 (Average). Post-SE Zoro v1 is is a functional captain and sub, through not particular OP.

Captain ability: Average (3/5). 3x ATK boost and 1.5x HP boost is, well, the definition of average these days. Zoro is not a bad captain - but he is not an OP one, neither.
Special: Average (3/5). 2x boost is still solid - but it requires you to run him as a captain, which is not optimal, but not terrible. Otherwise you get an ok 1.75x boost with a 2.5x chain lock. Nothing game breaking, but solid nonetheless.
Limit Break Average (3/5). Dex and TND matching are the only things of note, but they do require running him as a sub.

Detailed review and other notes

Zoro's 6+ upgrade made him certainly better (as a clear upgrade). But the power creep inevitably goes on. Legend Fuji/Issho v2 is already a better captain, for example, and Legend Mihawk v2 and Legend Zoro v2 are already out on JPN and will probably hit global ~summer 2019, making Zoro v1 even more inadequate.
As of summer 2019, there's one RR that boost Slasher's ATK by 2x as a sub (Vinsmoke Reiju Poison Pink Cavalier). More are coming. As for 1.75x boost, there's the RR Roronoa Zoro Master Swordsman Disciple and Brook Straw Hat Pirates: Born Again, among others.
It is actually slightly more beneficial to run a TM Mihawk/6+ Zoro lead than a double Zoro lead if you need a burst round. Unlike the mix with TM Mihawk/6 Zoro, the constant 3x boost removes the main weakness of that team. Details found here: Slasher team math
